Legal Neurodiversity Association

Where the legal profession and neurodivergent minds move as one.

A professional association advancing inclusion, advocacy, and belonging for neurodivergent people across law.

One continuous line. Two worlds. The infinity symbol has long stood for neurodiversity, and it holds our whole purpose in a single shape.

Our purpose

Building a legal profession that works with neurodivergent minds, not against them.

The Legal Neurodiversity Association is a membership organization for the people who make law work, and who happen to think, process, and communicate differently. Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, and otherwise neurodivergent professionals have always been in this field. We exist to make sure they are recognized, supported, and able to do their best work.

We promote the common professional interests of neurodivergent people in law: attorneys, technologists, paralegals, operations leaders, and the firms and departments who employ them. That means education, community, and practical change in how legal workplaces are built.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: neurodivergent talent is not a problem to accommodate at the margins. It is a source of insight, rigor, and originality the profession needs.

A new professional association

A new association, built in the open.

The Legal Neurodiversity Association is being established as a nonprofit professional association. We are actively forming our founding membership, partnerships, and programs.

LNA is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation under Illinois law. We are in the process of pursuing federal tax-exempt status. Membership dues and sponsorships support our mission and programming, and we're glad to answer any questions about our structure.

If you want to help shape what this becomes, now is the moment to get involved.
